This is a nice direction for IBM going forward as IDC mentioned there
is huge market out there for MDM and Customer Master Data. Lot of our
customers are askng for this kind of stuff too. However, I still wonder
if this is a software applicaton or middleware. If not middleware, then is IBM moving towards applications? More thoughts will follow on this site soon as I research some
more things on these offerings from IBM.
